Push Press: triples to 1RM

--Then drop to 90% for 5 singles

2 Boardless Bench (pause): Heavy 5, then:

4 x 6-8 (on the minute)

Chest Supported Rows: 4 x 6-8

6 Rounds:

30 secs to complete 20m Prowler Push

30 secs to complete 5 Burpees

A1. Tri's 3 x 40

A2. Abs: 3 x 20

A3. Curls: 3 x 15
