Restoration:
Pick a few upper and lower body weaknesses and run through them for 15-20 mins. The focus should be on lower body so you don't over tax your upper for the next day's workout! Added conditioning is an option as well. Throwing in some DU's, short sprints, burpees, short rows or KB swings is all you need to do (choose one, not all).
