Light weight for Agee!

Pick 3-4 weaknesses (+ abs) and work on them for 15-20 mins
--Don't do stuff that will negatively impact speed upper tomorrow
--Don't do what everyone else is doing, do what you need to do
--Don't go to failure, go until you feel a good "burn"
--Don't stop until you're done
--Don't think, just DO
