Strength:
Speed Bench: 9 x 3, 40% + bands
RS Press: 3-4 x 6-8
Rows: 3-4 x 8-10
Tri's: 3 x 12-15
Rear Delts: 3 x 12-15

Optional Conditioning:
For 10 mins:
Odd minutes: Burpee Pull-ups
Even minutes:
Do 15 Hovers, V's and Bikes
*Score is total burpees completed
