Strength:
Speed Bench: 8 x 3, 40-50% + bands (close, regular, wide grip). Speed is key! Use appropriate weight!
*Super Sets (SS):
Weighted Dips: 3 x 8
Weighted Push-ups, feet on box: 3 x 15
*Do a set of dips, then immediately do a set of push-ups, rest 1-2 mins, repeat.
MetCon:
