Treadmill agility

Strength:
DE Box Squat: 12 x 2, 40% + bands
45 Degree Back Extension: 3 x 5
Reverse Hyper: 3 x 20

Fast, very little rest between:
A1. Front Squats: 4 x 8
A2. Box Jumps: 4 x 20
A3. Band Pull Thru's: 4 x 25
