Yes that's a bandana. Yes she's a badass.
Pick a couple upper and lower weaknesses and work through for 15-20 mins non-stop. Note that I put a couple weaknesses. You shouldn't be doing 8 different exercises spending more time walking from station to station than doing actual work. Pick some things you need to build up because they're holding you back and do them consistently for the entire time. DO NOT go to failure or destroy yourself. This is to loosen you up, build up weaknesses and increase work capacity, not break you down like doing "Murph".
