Pick a few "1 point" exercises to work your weaknesses!
-Mix it up. If you've been doing sets of 20 or 30 or something, try doing each exercise for 1 minute straight without worrying about the number of reps. Rotate through 3-4 times. Make sure you go light! You shouldn't hit failure 30s in, it should be non-stop work!
