Time to put in work! Goal is to do everything in under 45 mins! No talking, no texting, no phone calls, no thinking, no worrying, just plain  DO WORK.


Warm-Up:
Box Jumps for height
Agility
Abs

Strength:
DE Box Squats: 10 x 2, 55% + bands
Speed DL: 8 x 1, 50% + bands or chains
45 Degree Back Ext: 3-4 x 10-12
GHR's: 3-4 x 10-12

Optional MetCon:
21, 15, 9:
Front Squats
Burpees

*Finisher:
 A1.  Band Hams: 3 x 50
 A2. Band Tri's: 3 x 50
