30 Burpees
40 Sit-ups
50 Double-Unders

Box Jump Rebounding! Drop off a 12" box, and as soon as you hit the ground, immediately jump onto a 20-24" box. There is no pause when you hit the ground, it should be a quick rebound off the ground.
