Take a break, make up a missed WOD or work on your weaknesses

Endurance: Long Repeats
Run: 3x 1 mile repeats. Stay within 5-10s of each run. Rest 1-3 mins between.
Row: 3x 1000m repeats. Stay within 3-5s of each row. Rest 20-40s between.
