Academy PT Prep

Our goal during PT is to prepare you physically and mentally for the demands of being a firefighter, as well as how to work together as a TEAM. Strength will be the foundation of the program, but we will be including a great deal of conditioning, core work, agility, prehab and lagging muscle accessory work.

Here are some instructional videos on some of the movements that will be performed during the academy. You are responsible for having a basic understanding (practicing) these movements. These are just basic technique guidelines. We'll be going over technique in much more detail when the academy starts.
