Safety Squat Bar Squat: 1RM

Heavy 10 reps (75-80%)

Power Clean:

3 reps OTM adding weight each round
 -As heavy as possible with good form

Wearing 5-10# Ankle Weights:

A1. Between leg sled drag (wide stance): 6 x 40m

A2. Toes-to-Bars: 6 x 5-10

A3. Laying Leg Curls: 6 x 20-30
