Front Squat: 2, 2, 2, 2 (up to heavy dub)

Good Morning: sets of 10-12 alternating standard and wide stance

Death by Tire Flip Jump Throughs:

1 Tire Flip + 4 way jump through the 1st min

2 the second (tire flip, jump through x 2)

3 the third... Until you can't finish within the minute

Finisher:

Reverse Hyper: 3 x 20
