Multi Grip Bar Bench: heavy triple to 1RM

--then, drop down for: 

2-3 Boardless Bench: 4 x 6-8

A1. Chest Supported Rows: 4-5 x 8-10

A2. Standing DB Press: 4-5 x 8-10

For Time:

Push Press: 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 reps

DU's: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps

Sit-ups: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps
