1 Rep Performed Every 40 seconds:

225, 235, 245, 255... Add 10 pounds each round until you are unable to complete the lift in the allotted time. 

Reverse Hypers: 4-5 x 8-10

4 RFT:

20m Zercher Carry 

Hose Sprint

25 Air Squats

Finish with some band hams and abs
