Warm-Up:

Box Jump: up to max, or near max height

Strength:

DE Box Squat: 10 x 2, 75%, no bands
--Based off last box squat max, use the same box

Seated GM: Heavy 5

Belt Squat: 2-3 x 10

Inverse Curl: 3-4 x 15-20


"Death By..."

Box Squat Superman's, starting at 5 reps

Do 5 reps the first minute, 6 the second, 7 the third...

Continue until you fail to complete the reps within the minute.


Finisher:

Rear Delts x 100

Ankle Weight Hamstring Curls x 150
