Reverse Hyper: 1 x 12 (light, full ROM)

Reverse Hyper: 4 x 6 (heavy, dead stop at bottom)

Tri's: 3 x 20

Between Leg Sled Drag: 4 x 30m (painfully heavy)

Rear Delts: 3 x 20

Box Squat, Box Jumps, with squat on top: 3-4 x 10
--Parallel box jumping to a 15/20" box
