Warm-Up:

Sled Drag: 6 x 30m, medium


Strength:

Power Snatch: 5 x 1, 60-70%

Power Clean: 5 x 1, 60-70%

OH Squat: 6 x 2, feel some weight and loosen up

4 x DB Shoulder Complex, 10 reps each:

Side Raise

Front Raise

Bent Over Side Raise (rear delts)
