Strength:

DE Squats: 12 x 2, 70% (NO BOX, NO BANDS)

Zercher Deadlift off blocks: 3 x 8

Inverse Curls: 3 x 8


Conditioning:

Tabata x 8 (each):

Lunges 95/65#

Wall Ball 20/14#

Complete all 8 rounds of lunges, then take a 1 minute break and complete all rounds of wall balls. Your score is the sum of the lowest round from each.
