Warm-Up:

4 x 30s of ball slams


Strength:

Speed Bench: 6-7 x 3, 80%, no bands

Floor Press: Heavy 3, then 3 drop set triples

Pull Downs or Weighted Pull-ups: 4 x 10

Press: 3 x 8-10

Tricep Walks over 6 hurdles, 2 per leg, 2-5 push-ups after each

Tri's: 4 x 20
