OTM x 8:
2 Hang Power Clean & Jerks, 55%
Strength:
With a running clock, complete:
1 Back Squat the first minute
2 Back Squats the second...
3 Back Squats the third...
Continue until you can't finish the number of squats within the minute
*Weight should be 70-80% of your 1RM back squat
Reverse Hyper: 3 x 12
Inverse Curl or GHR's: 3 x 15
Pull Throughs: 2 x 30
Abs: a lot
