Time to get your shit together and achieve some goals!


Warm-Up:

3 x 20 Wall Balls
Mark and Casey getting in some pre New Years work!

Strength:

"Death by Front Squat" 75-80%
1 Front Squat the first minute
2 Front Squats the second
3 the third...
Continue until you are unable to complete the FS's within the minute

--Rest 5 minutes--

Seated Good Morning: 2-3 x 15

Inverse Curl: 3-4 x 10


Conditioning:

Another "Death By..."

1 No Push-up Burpee Box Jump + 1 push-up the first minute
2 No Push-up Burpee Box Jumps + 2 push-ups the second...
3 of each the third...
Continue until you are unable to complete the work within the minute


Finisher: Pull-ups: 3 x 1-2 reps shy of max reps
