Strength:
ME Incline Bench: 1RM
Boardless Bench: 5, 5, 5, 5 (heavier than last week)
Bent Over Row: 5RM
DB RS Press: 6, 6, 6, 6
3 Rounds:
Wall Ball Push-Press: max unbroken reps*
GHD Sit-ups: max unbroken reps**
*No squat, just throw the ball to the 10' line
**If you haven't done them in a while, cut back to just shy of failure
Optional Finisher:
Cable Tri's: 3 x 30
