Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 8
Sled Drag: 4 x 40m (Heavy)
GHR's: 4 x 10

Conditioning:
For 16 mins:
60s to complete:
7 Ball Slams 50/30#
9 TTB's
60s to row for max distance
