DL + bands up: 3, 3, 3, 3
Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 10-12
GHR's: 3 x 12

Conditioning:
3 RFT:
20 Band-resisted Superman Box Squats*
80m Zercher Carry (heavy)

*With bands anchored at the base of the squat rack, place a box 3-4' in front, sit down, put bands over shoulders (there should be decent tension), explode forward off the box and up at 45 degrees. There should be enough tension to where you don't leave the ground.
