Warm-Up:
Partner Bag Throws

Strength:
Speed Bench: 9 x 3, 45% + bands
CG Bench: 3 x 6
A1. Rows: 5 x 12
A2. HSPU's: 5 x 12

Conditioning:
Burpee Ladder:
2 Burpees the first minute
4 Burpees the second minute
6 Burpees... Continue until you are unable to complete the allotted burpees within the minute
*Scale as needed. Goal is to get to 10 mins at a minimum.

Finisher: Tri's x 100 reps
