Warm-Up:
Druck: Single Arm Farmer's Walk
Treadmill or hurdle agility work
Box Jumps: 1, 2, or 3 reps at a time
-Mix it up! If you've never done single leg jumps, then do it. If you haven't done it with a vest on, do it!
Clapping Push-ups

Strength:
Speed Bench: 9 x 3, 40% + bands
CG Boardless Bench: 5 x 5
Ring Rows + bands pulling down: 5 x 5

Conditioning:
Tricep Walks: 1 x 6 hurdles (each leg), 10 push-ups after the even hurdle

--Rest 2 mins--

7 RFT:
10 No Push-up Burpees
10 Weighted V-ups

Finisher:
200 Tri's & more core work!
