Speed Bench: 9 x 3, 50% + bands
CG Bench: 4 x 6
MU's: 20-30 Reps (weighted, bands down, or no resistance)
MetCon:
AMRAP 10:
5 Burpees
10 Hovers, V's and Bikes
20 DU's
Finisher: Band Hams & Tri's: 100 reps

How should one break up the muscle ups info sets?
1-2 reps shy of failure and ideally sets of 4-6.
