For the followers outside of Bakersfield, there are many Ultimate Athlete seminars with Rick Scarpulla going on throughout the country. This coming weekend there is one in San Diego. If you haven't gone yet, now's the time! If you can't make it to the seminar in SD, contact myself or Rick directly and we can find a location closer to you. His seminars are the real deal! You won't find anything that comes close to what you will learn from training with him for a weekend, guaranteed!


Rony: post conditioning exhaustion
Warm-Up:
5 Rounds:
5 Burpees
15 Hovers, V's, Bikes

Strength:
ME Bench + bands up
RS Press: Heavy 5
Rows: Heavy 5
A1. Push-Press: 3 x 3 (around 80-85%)
A2. Pull-ups: 3 x 3 (around 80-85%)

Recommended Conditioning:
OTM x 10:
With a 45/25# Plate:
7 Hang Power Cleans
7 OH Press
7 Bent Over Rows
7 V's (plate to feet)
7 Wipers (laying on ground holding plate overhead, left + right = 1 rep)
