Sled Drag: 5 x 60m (heavy)
Finisher: Hams for 100 reps

2 Hose Sprints Around Sign*
Single Arm Farmer's Walk 40m (each arm)
15 TTB's

*Sprint around the sign and back, then do it again. Back end of hose has to clear the edge of the concrete before starting the second sprint!
