45 Degree Back Extension: work up in 5's to a heavy set
Sled Drag: 6 x 60m, vary the walk style
Weighted Lunges: 3 x 8
Band Hams: 200 reps total

Hose Sprint (around sign)
40m Farmer's Walk 90/60#
15 Full V-ups
