Strength:
Speed Bench: 9 x 3, 45% + bands
Close Grip Bench: 4 x 8
A1. Ring Rows: 3-4 x 6-8
A2. Bradford Press: 3-4 x 6-8

Optional Conditioning:
Partner Bag Work:
B1. Vertical Chest/Bench Throws: 3-4 x 15-20
B2. Overhead Lat Throws: 3-4 x 15-20

Partner Tricep Walks:
5 Hurdles, 5 Push-ups before each, 1-2 times each leg
