Strength:
ME Bands Up Bench
RS Press: 3-4 x 3-5
Heavy Rows: 3-4 x 5-7
Tri's: 3 x 12-15
Rear Delts: 3 x 12-15
Optional Conditioning:
7 RFT:
8 Burpees over hurdles*
8 TTB's
*Do a burpee, then jump over a hurdle, repeat.
