MetCon:
5 RFT:
10 HSPU's (weighted or deficit if possible)
30 DU's*
10 TTB's
*DU's are meant to be unbroken or nearly unbroken. If you suck at them or you're having a bad day, switch to lateral jumps over a hurdle or 6" box jumps. DU's in a metcon isn't practice time, do that before or after your workout.

**A1 & A2 can be done after the metcon and should be light and tight!
