Warm-Up:
Light Skill Work:
CTB Pull-ups
Shoulder Touches/Handstand walks
Ring Dips
Rotator Cuff Prehab/Rehab

Strength:
ME 2 or 3 Board Bench
RS Press: 4 x 3-5
Chest-Supported Rows: 4 x 3-5
A. Tri's: 3-4 x 10-12*
B. Rear Delts or Weakness: 3-4 x 10-12*

MetCon:
OTM for 10 mins:
3 Push-Press (heavy but doable)
5 Burpees
*If you do the metcon, finish up with A & B if you are feeling good.
