Warm-Up:
Work up to a high box jump holding dumbbells
Upper body treadmill
Clapping Push-ups

Strength:
ME 2 or 3-Board Bench
RS Press: 3-4 x 3-5
Rows: 3-4 x 5-7 (heavy)
Tri's: 3 x 10-12
Rear Delts: 3 x 10-12

Optional MetCon:
AMRAP 10:
3 Push-Press or Push Jerk
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Box Jumps
*Cut back on accessory work if you do the metcon.
