Mr. Clean 25 feet up
Pull-ups Hawaiian style!
(I think he box jumped up there...)


Strength:
O-lifting technique
--Work some hang cleans or snatches

Restoration:
Pick a couple upper and lower weaknesses to work on
--Rotate through for 15-20 mins non-stop
--Hit those abs if they aren't sore!
