Work some light/medium singles, doubles, or triples

Restoration:
Do some upper/lower weakness work. Remember, these should be 1 point exercises. If you're using a barbell, it isn't a 1 point exercise. We've got tons of bands, ankle weights, med balls and heavy bags. Use them!
