Warm-Up:
Upper body bag work with partner

Strength:
ME Bench: You choose the bar
RS Press: 3-4 x 5-7
Pull-ups: 3-4 x 8-12
Tri's: 3 x 12-15
Rear Delts: 3 x 12-15

Optional MetCon:
AMRAP 8:
20 Box Jumps
10 TTB's
Max Unbroken HSPU's
*If you do the metcon, cut down on assistance work
