Box Jumps for Height

Strength:
DE Box Squats: 8 x 2, 60% + bands
Speed DL: 8 x 1, 60-70% + bands
45 Degree Back Extensions: 4-5 x 8-10

MetCon:
10 Rounds, not for time:
60m Sled Drag (light, no running!)*
10 Wall Balls**
*Each round change the type of drag: regular, wide legs, between the legs, backwards
*All WB's should be unbroken and non-stop, change your stance each round: regular, wide, with bands down, box squat, etc.
