30 Sledge Strikes (each arm)
30 Band Hamstring Curls
20 Ball Slams
15 KTE
30 DB Rollbacks
*This is not a sprint. The weights should be fairly light. Remember it's for recovery, so move from station to station at a brisk pace. You should not be going to failure on anything.
