Stone Shoulders: A few at each weight, or technique work

Beginner Strength:
Good Morning: 1 x 5 (add 5-10# to last week)

Int/Advanced Strength:
ME Squat: Go for a new 1RM!
Optional: High Hang Snatch or High Hang Clean: 1RM
Front Squat: 4 x 3, 80% + 5#
