*Russian Twist: Sitting on the ground with feet elevated, holding a medicine ball in your hands, twist side-to-side touching the med ball on the ground on each side of your body.
**V-ups: laying on your back on the ground with arms straight over your head on the ground, sit up while raising your legs until you touch your feet with your hands.
