Words of wisdom from Rick Scarpulla at Ultimate Advantage:
"Man, lightweights and heavyweights all that means is the scale goes further up for one guy.
The baddest dude I ever met weighs 180-190 lbs and he is an animal. An Army Ranger, he could make you nervous over the phone. Again it's a state of mind. Big dont mean bad and bad dont mean big. Lets get over that.
By the way, he won a National Strongman Championship out in Vegas a couple of years ago, won an Iron Man on a borrowed bike, a top APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test) finisher at West Point, National Powerlifting Champion and top 50 overall finisher at the Boston Marathon. Closest man I ever met to Rambo.
Toughnes is a state of mind, not a size. Everyone has different goals but dont use size as anything but a gauge of what size pants to buy. My friend Al is currently deployed and I pray for him like all the men and women serving the call. Our only limits are mental preconceived notions we apply to ourselves."
