Beginner Strength:
Power Clean: 5x2 (same weight all 5 sets)

Int/Advanced Strength:
DE Wide Stance Box Squat: 10 x 2, 60% + bands or chains
GHR's: 3 x 10-12

MetCon:
7 RFT of:
3 Front Squats*
5 Burpees over the bar
9 Pull-ups
*Bar starts on the ground, so the first rep must be cleaned or power cleaned and then front squatted.
