Dynamic Warm-Up/Burg WU

Optional Conditioning:
For Time:
Run 1 mile
3 Rounds:
30 Speed Skaters (each side)*
30 Unanchored Sit-ups
Then, run 1 mile

*Basically a jumping lunge, but you touch your front foot with the opposite hand. Right foot forward, touch with your left hand, etc. No back rounding. Keep front shin vertical. Don't bang your back knee on the ground.
