Snatch Grip Deadlift: 3 x 12

MetCon:
6 Rounds:
1 min row for distance
1 min to complete 15 KB Swings 70/35#
*If you don't get all 15 swings within the minute, it's a foul.
For each foul, do 5 burpee pull-ups at the end.
