Between the legs sled drag: 5 x 40m
--Bend forward, hold rope/belt with hands between your legs, drag sled forward
Back Extensions: 3 x 12

1-10-1 Reps for time of:
Reverse Lunges*

*Step back with one foot, lunge down & up, bring that foot forward to starting position, repeat with other leg. That's one rep.

3 x max amount of time
