Rest Day!

Skill:
Front Lever Practice! Pull yourself vertical (feet straight up), then, keeping your body straight, lower yourself down to horizontal. If that's too difficult, try lowering yourself with your legs bent (knees to elbows position).

Endurance:
Run or Row: 4 x 400m sprints. Rest 1 minute between.
